Structure, tracking progress and results

We all want to be out there selling, spending time with clients, being the person making a difference to that business relationship. What you need in conjunction with this customer engagement is having a structure in place, because knowing what and when you need to be doing what you are doing is equally important. This is where having a Client Plan in place is so fundamental. Traditionally these have been called Account Plans, however this indicates your client is a ‘thing’, not a person or a company made up of different people. We will work with you to develop relationship based plans which will include milestones to track progress and, once we have determined what success would be and look like, we make that our goal.
